青紅蘿蔔合掌瓜湯

第一次煮合掌瓜,不知道瓜是否要削皮, 結果到網上找找,原來要削皮的。

以前用高速煲,煲出來的湯都是淡淡的,很失望。今次終於放棄高速煲,用普通煲煲湯,結果很甜、很好渴。加上在灣仔買的青紅蘿蔔很鮮甜,高興。

2個蘿蔔加1個青蘿蔔,價值$29;
2個合掌瓜購於惠康,$10;
豬𦟌$25,一共$64, 煲湯其實一點也不便宜。
